Metro Roofing and Metal Supply Co., Inc. is a third generation family owned and operated business serving middle and east Tennessee, southern Kentucky, northern Alabama and northern Georgia.

Pete Spain and his son-in-law, Robert Link, founded the company in 1980, when we opened at our Nashville location, 805 16th Avenue North, Nashville, TN. Pete retired in 1988, and Robert along with his wife, Joyce continued to operate and grow the business. With the addition of Robert and Joyce’s children, Kim Schwind, Kevin Link and Karen Dickerson, the business continued to grow. Part of the growth was the expansion into the east Tennessee, and northern Georgia market in 2008 with the opening of Metro Roofing and Metal Supply-Chattanooga located at 1805 Crutchfield Street in Chattanooga.

We have developed working relationships with many of the finest Tennessee and surrounding area contractors, architects, and roofing specialists over the years. Our customer base, as well as, our product line continues to grow. We have had the opportunity to supply materials on projects such as The Hermitage, Brentwood HS, Hillsboro Elementary, National Guard and Hobb’s Building in Nashville. Materials supplied for corporations includes Vanderbilt University, St. Thomas Health Care, Austin Peay, Metro Government of Nashville, Nashville Electric Service and Nashville International Airport. We are unmatched in our customer service, ability to supply quality materials, offer expert advice, and custom fabricate metal roofing products.
